This machine can drill up to 36 mm (1 7/16”) in diameter through various materials, including steel and other metals, and offers versatile functions such as countersinking and twist drilling. With its high-torque output and durable construction, the EBM.36+LP/P-18V handles the toughest jobs with ease, ensuring precision and reliability on every project.

The machine is equipped with a Quick-Switch feed handle, allowing you to easily mount the operating handle on either side of the machine. This offers extra flexibility when drilling in hard-to-reach positions. The handle for the permanent magnet can also be mounted on both sides. The result: maximum control and ease of use, wherever you work.

Because it is compatible with the Makita LXT 18V platform, you can use the same battery across different cordless tools, saving money and eliminating interruptions on the job. With the powerful battery, you can drill a large number of holes without losing any power. Our HSS14 Battery Test has shown that as many as 44 holes could be drilled in 10mm / 0.39-inch thick S235 steel (Battery: 9Ah).
