Where conventional pipe drilling machines reach their limit, the TUBE.100S+/T continues, offering controlled drilling up to Ø 100 mm (4”) and tapping up to M30 (1 3/16”) on both pipe constructions and flat materials.
Thanks to its pivoting permanent magnet, the TUBE.100S+/T can be used on pipes with a minimum diameter of 140 mm (5 ½”), even on material as thin as 3.5 mm (1/8”).

The machine is powered by a strong 1,900 W (17.3 A) motor. Because the TUBE.100S+/T has an oil-lubricated four-speed gearbox with electronic speed adjustment and right/left rotation, it delivers the torque and speed control needed for different cutters, tap sizes, and materials. Innovative electronics provide overload protection and help protect the machine, tool, and workpiece, even when working with unstable power supply.

The integrated GYRO-TEC sensor shuts down the machine automatically in case of excessive vibration or sudden movement, improving user safety and reducing maintenance costs.

The TUBE.100S+/T is a reliable choice for professionals who need controlled, high-capacity drilling and tapping on pipe constructions.
