Register your repair request

Euroboor USA offers repair services for customers' machines. To have your machine repaired, please send it to our facility in Hayden, Alabama. Complete the form below to submit your repair request.*

*In some cases, we offer customers the option to trade in their machine for a discount on a new one instead of having it repaired. Trade-in requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you're interested in a trade-in offer, please indicate this in the comments field.

  • You will receive an estimate for the repair and any required spare parts within two business days of your machine arriving at our repair center.
  • Once we receive your purchase order (PO), repairs will be completed within two business days, provided all required spare parts are available.
  • Once you have been informed of the repair costs or notified that your machine is ready, you must arrange pickup or delivery within 10 business days.
  • If the machine remains unclaimed for more than 30 days after notification, Euroboor USA reserves the right to dispose of it.
