Handling of warranty claims takes place under the warranty terms as applicable on date of purchase.

2. Warranty terms

2.1: Euroboor warranty covers malfunctions on purchased machines caused by material defect or manufacturing error, clearly presenting themselves within the warranty period.

2.2: Euroboor applies the following warranty periods

12 months for
- Powertools
- Battery chargers
- Lifting magnets
- Batteries
- Pneumatic Tools / Air machines
- Powerstation (or 300 charge cycles)

2.3: Start date of the warranty period is the date of purchase stated on the original proof of purchase.

2.4: Warranty claims will be carried out through the registration service: https://www.euroboor.com/ae-en/support/register-your-repair/ .

2.5: In the situation the malfunction of a machine is not considered to be a valid warranty case, Euroboor will offer a repair proposal with matching quotation. The machine will only be repaired after written approval of the machine owner.

2.6: Warranty service is carried out under the condition that there is no violation of the operating conditions that determined by the current operating manual( available with each machine and online ) .
Cases not covered with warranty obligations:
• If the instructions given in this manual are not followed;
• In the presence of mechanical or water damage and ingress of foreign parts into the ventilation holes;
• In case of malfunctions resulting from overload, resulting in failure of the rotor, stator or
other parts, as well as due to non-compliance of the parameters of the electrical network with the nominal voltage. When the machine is connected to the same network with the welding;
• in case of incorrect setting of the mechanical speeds of the gearbox and non-observance of cutting conditions;
• Normal wear parts (brushes, seals) and consumables (drills, cutters, taps);
• When trying to self-repair;
• In the absence of original warranty page with silver sticker ( must be provided with machine) and serial number on the machine readable;
• Operating with invalid parameters.Rated voltage 220V may deviate in one direction or another (at normal values within 5% - 209-231V, in limit values within 10% -198V-242V). The minimum voltage must be not less than 198V, and the maximum is not more than 242V. For an electric motor, it is equally harmful to underestimate and overvoltage.It is recommended to use stabilizer voltage machines ;
• Defects caused by using accessories, components or spare parts other than original Euroboor parts
• Machines that have been modified
• Machines with repairs not performed by Euroboor or any of its authorized dealers and service points
• When using an extension cord of the wrong section. If the cross section of the extension cord is small, then the wires voltage drops and as a result at the terminals motor voltage will be below the allowable limits, which leads to an increase in the load and motor overheating. We recommend not exceed a length of 30 meters with minimum wire cross section 1.5mm. (3-pin with grounding);
• When using the machine for purposes for which it was not intended;
• In case of incorrect operating modes: it is necessary to strictly observe the intervals for work and rest of the tool. Operating mode is indicated in operational manual ;
• In case of non-compliance with the temperature regime of operation and storage: -40 +45˚С.
• Connection to incorrect or faulty main supply voltage and defects caused by machines used without earthing connection.
• Transport or storage damage.
• Fire or damage due to natural causes, like lightning or flooding.
• Defects caused by improper handling of the machine.
•
Defects caused by unskilled operators.

2.7: To be able to apply for warranty, the date of defect must be within the warranty period, with the claim to follow within 4 weeks. This requires the submission or sending of the complete affected tool with the original sales receipt (which must indicate the purchase date, product description and serial number), to be to the Euroboor distributor in your country or to Euroboor directly.

2.8: Partial or complete disassembly of a machine will void the warranty.

2.9: The warranty does not cover the costs of transport, nor the risks related to the transportation of your machine to and from your authorized dealer, service point and/or to and from Euroboor directly.

2.10: All warranty assessments made by Euroboor or any of its authorized dealers and service points are conclusive and final.

2.11: Rental machines are excluded from these warranty terms. Alternative (rental) conditions may apply.

2.12: Note that for some countries or regions our warranty terms might differ in detail.
