Register your repair request

Our EUROBOOR Middle East (MEEBS) office offers customers the opportunity to request a repair for their machines. The machine needs to be sent to our office in SAIF ZONE Sharjah for us to be able to perform the repair*. Please fill in the form below to request your repair.

*We sometimes offer the opportunity to trade-in your ‘’repair machine’’ for a discount on a new machine. This is viewed on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to receive such an offer, then please fill in the comment field.

  • You will receive an answer on the expected cost of repairs and spare parts no longer than 2 days after the unit is received in repair center .
  • Repair time (if all spare parts are available) after receiving the PO should not exceed 2 working days.
  • After customer is informed about cost -- or the repair or notified that equipment is ready -- he should arrange pick up or delivery during 10 working days .
  • If the storage period exceeds 30 days after notifying the client, the company has the right to dispose of this equipment.
