TERMS AND CONDITIONS WK POULE 2022:

If you have created an account on the Euroboor page of Scorito in the period from 8 to 20 November 2022 (before 17:00) and filled in all the predictions in full, you will participate in Euroboor's World Cup Poule. 

Action participation

  • Participation in action is free of charge. 
  • Participation takes place when you have used the QR code or the participation link, created a profile and predicted the outcome of the matches. 
  • The predictions must be submitted before 20 November 2022 17:00 (GMT+1) 
  • One-time participation per person. 
  • Participation in actions is only possible for persons aged 18 or older. 
  • Employees of Euroboor are excluded from participation in this action. 
  • Euroboor reserves the right to change the action conditions in the interim or to terminate the action earlier. In the event of amendment or termination, Euroboor shall not be obliged to pay any compensation or substitute action in any form whatsoever.  

Personal data

  • Participants' personal data will not be released and provided to external parties without consultation, unless permission has been given to receive a newsletter from an external party. 
  • Participants' personal data may be used internally for subscribing to the Euroboor newsletter, if permission for this has been given in the action. 
  • Dutch law applies to all actions. 

Winner

  • The winner of an action is chosen by ranking in the Scorito App page of Euroboor B.V.. 
  • The winner will be notified no later than 2 weeks after the end of the Qatar World Cup. 
  • The winner of an action will be notified via the channel on which the action took place. 
  • If the winner does not report within two after the announcement, Euroboor reserves the right not to pay out the prize won. 
  • Euroboor B.V. is authorised to exclude persons from participation in the event of suspected unlawful participation or fraud. 
  • Participants who have not won a prize will not be informed of this. 
  • It is not possible to exchange the product won for another product or amount of money. 
  • The winner must have a relationship with Euroboor B.V. 

Prizes

  • The number 1 in the World Cup Poule wins €449,-  
  • The number 2 of the WC Pool wins €250,-
  • The number 3 of the WC Poule wins €150,-

Others

  • By participating in this promotion, the participant agrees to these promotion terms and conditions and declares to have submitted the requested information correctly and truthfully.  
  • The winners will receive the prize won no later than 31 January 2023 and after Euroboor B.V. has received and approved the registration.  
  • Euroboor reserves the right at all times to investigate submitted data for misuse and expressly reserves the right to take legal action if misuse is suspected.  
  • Questions and comments regarding this campaign or regarding applications already submitted can be sent to the following e-mail address: info.nl@euroboor.com.  
  • With due observance of the privacy laws, Euroboor is entitled to process the information submitted in connection with the prize-giving ceremony and to view the resulting data. Should any questions arise or data be missing, Euroboor may contact you about this.  
  • Personal details such as name, address, etc. will only be used by Euroboor B.V. and any auxiliary persons it engages for action registration and will otherwise be stored and used exclusively within the framework of this action. This information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be passed on to third parties. 
  • If you appreciate this, you have the opportunity within the registration procedure to indicate whether you wish to receive information and announcements from Euroboor.  
  • Euroboor B.V. and the auxiliary persons and third parties engaged by it cannot be held liable for any action and/or costs incurred by the participant as a result of the campaign. Furthermore, Euroboor B.V. and the auxiliary persons and third parties engaged by it cannot be held liable by (or on behalf of) the participant for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by or in any way related to this promotion, including the failure to provide the prize won, or provide it on time.  
  • Euroboor is at all times entitled to terminate participants' participation in the action, without having to give reasons for its decision and without this giving rise to any right or claim on the part of the participant concerned to compensation for damages, a replacement product or action in any form whatsoever.  
  • No correspondence will be entered into regarding the course of the game or the results.
